"Fantastic service "

I have been having CBT treatment over the phone for 16 weeks. The practitioner i had was absolutely amazing.Tbh I still can’t believe how the treatment worked on me. But it has!

It has turned my life around.Iv gone from the deepest darkest hole of depression.Into a world of light and happiness. Believe me I’m definitely not a “hippy” type I’m not into stuff like this.

I have had so much help and full attention from my amazing practitioner/counsellor. Iv been able to free myself from things that Iv held on to all my life. Honestly it feels incredible.my physical pain is so much easier to control now.

I would like to thank my practitioner/ counsellor for all her help. It’s been a fantastic experience. I really have learnt so much. And it’s all down to you.
