"Good flu jab process - calm and smooth"

I attended a timed flu jab session on Monday 19th October. There was a queue of other people who seemed all good natured and patient.

The process was extremely simple and easy, the flow good and the atmosphere relaxed. As well as the doctors administering the jabs, there were other staff who were checking temperatures and directing people. I felt well looked after, having been initially contacted and offered the jab, then given a set time and then going through the well organised process. Thanks to all those involved.
