I have been a patient at the Forest Surgery for over 30 years and can say throughout that period my family and I have been provided exceptional support, advice, care and treatment. My doctor always contacts me immediately with any results - their manner, caring attitude and explanations are always clear, assuring and helpful - I will always be grateful for the care provided over all these years and remain forever thankful
