"Discharge "

Not the best way to discharge young people . No goodbyes and no one really seemed bothered staff wise that they are leaving . Feel totally let down just a shame as there some lovely people who do care and always put the time and effort in to actually LISTEN to these young people . There is a serious lack of communication between staff and this needs to be addressed . Once a discharge is planned it’s almost like they can’t wait to get rid of you . I feel really annoyed as to how we have been treated and just hope that no one else has to deal with a discharge in the same way 😢
