"Great new system"

About: The Ridge Medical Pract.

Text the new number to make a non emergency appointment for blood tests and got an appointment through in around 10 minutes!! Brilliant system... only negative was actually getting through in the first place to hear the automated message but I'm sure when more people start using this that will be better too!!

I'm leaving this review as I left an awful one a month ago and good things should be shouted about too! Credit where credits due! Thank you for listening!

Thank for taking the time to post that feedback, it is apreciated by the team. We are aware just how frustrating patients are finding it to get through to us at present. Levels of demand are currently as high as we have ever known them so we are trying to think of ways to enable patients to avoid waiting on the phones - we've a long way to go, but this one has been a real help.
