I attended A&E on Saturday 17 October 2020 with a significant cut to my leg.

The service I experienced from booking in at reception can only be described as both professional & efficient.

The communication from the Nurse Practitioner about the process I would go through was clear, concise and very helpful especially as I was worried about the cut to my leg.

Each element of the treatment, triage, first consultation, x-ray and then final consultation was carried out by professional and competent staff.

On completion of the treatment I was thoroughly briefed by the Nurse Practitioner on the post actions that I needed to take to ensure the injury had the best chance of fully healing.

Thank you for such a great service at a time when I was worried about the injury I had sustained.
