(as the patient),

I had a phone consultation regarding my COPD. I told the doctor how I have been feeling  and that I get out of breath  and struggle to breath sometimes and had a lot of chest infection. All I got was no answers to my questions.

Thank you for taking the time to share your story with us. Sorry you feel that your questions were not answered during your appointment and could we suggest that you contact the Consultant's secretary in the first instance. If you feel the matter is urgent then please contact your GP surgery.
