Popped in for a flue jab, was greeted at the door and given an appointment slip, quickly asked to move to the clearly marked spot inside, from there I was called through in seconds to get the vaccination.

I'm a needle phobic and while I didn't highlight this to anyone on the day the whole experience was so positive, happy and easy that I am still amazed how well it went.
