Ok so it took a while to get through but Triage system was excellent. Dr Soares called back same day and got my daughter booked in for bloods and an appt following week.
We felt very safe during our visit today. All staff polite. Surgery clean. Phlebotomist very sensitive and Dr Soares very thorough. Impressive service, especially during these unprecedented times.

Thank you for your kind words which are very much appreciated and for acknowledging our achievements during these difficult times. We have shared your comments with the practice team. We acknowledge that our patients are having long waits on the telephone and we are working hard on a daily basis with our telephone provider to address this problem. We hope to update all our patients shortly via the practice website.
