I recently completed an e-consult on a Sunday pm because of joint pain. I was contacted on Monday am by the practice and seen same morning. The doctor was thorough, friendly and patient. Medication was given but gave me side effects. After another e-consult the doctor changed my pills and this time it worked, he even phoned me 2 weeks later to check my progress. I cannot praise this practice highly enough. Well done.
