(as a service user),

1.    Welcome to the 21st Century!,

2.    Why was this not done 10 years ago?

3.    The saving in time and efficiency is extraordinary!

4.    Huge saving in pharmacy staff time, patient time, parking charges, loss of income 

But you got there in the end!   Brilliant!  Well done!  Keep it!!!
