Very Rude and non-helpful reception team!
When I asked for an appointment for my annual diabetic review that She/ Receptionist said the "surgery's protocol" not allow her to make any annual review medical appointments for patients!
what a lie and what kind of the assistant for Diabatic Patient ? Doctors and Nurses are officiant and very professional are here , only reception team is the worse!
It seems to me like nobody reviews the way they do their job, which is being rude, unprofessional, sarcastic. This is no way to behave when you are working in a MEDICAL CENTRE where you deal with people from a wide range of circumstances, maybe vulnerable, maybe ill people etc.
Shame on the service of Reception Team !!!
You must change your rude and arrogant attitude immediately! specially on this Pandemic time!!!
