The Reception and in particular the practice manager of the Lawson Practice helped me in overcoming a tricky situation in helping an 87 year old lady visiting from the US register as a new patient in these unprecedented times to enable her to receive her heart medication. They went above and beyond to make this happen. I am most grateful for their help and appreciate the time they took to make this happen.
