"Worst surgery out there"

Sent for chest X-ray in July surgery got results 24th July said I needed echo referral not done as person doing it forgot until enquired on the 17th August what was happening with the echo the referral was done then almost a month after the X-ray echo done 26/8/20 got results of echo on the 8/10/20 so all and all over 2 months since X-ray and it’s not the only referral messed up or never done rheumatologist suggested I get. Referred to dental surgeon this was in January never happened
