I have been registered at the practice for many years and have never had a bad experience with the medical staff there. However, one of the reception team is rude and unprofessional. This morning I was lectured for asking for "a doctor's appointment" instead of "an emergency appointment" and this afternoon I spent an hour on hold only to be put immediately on mute and then cut off.
"Great medical staff, terrible receptionist"
