"Request for mental help denied"

About: Three Towns Resource Centre

(as a service user),

Back in 2018 I had a mental breakdown.  I contacted my GP who agreed with me I needed urgent help.  I was referred to this centre, but upon meeting the two specialists they refused to take notes or take my concerns seriously.  I was very angry at the time and explained that I had difficulty controlling that anger, yet nothing was done to help me.

I eventually walked out in frustration.  A few weeks later I had a full amnesia period, resulting in an altercation involving the police,  As I was not in a fit state of mind at the time nothing further came of it, but I do feel that if your staff had been more concerned with my wellbeing I would not have ended up in this position.
