Had back problems a year ago. Was sent for physio who sent me for a scan. scan came back as slipped disc and was referred to a specialist was told to call the doctor to make the appointment. Covid happened and I was told to call back after restrictions were lifted. I booked a phone appointment and specified to call the landline as I dont get a signal on my mobile. They called my mobile anyway so i missed that appointment. Eventually spoke to someone who has now just referred me back to physio to start the process again as they dont know who the specialist is. Called again this morning for another appointment about a different problem and again called my mobile. Communication there is obviously ZERO!
