Dear Delag

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to the time you spent in the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital having your hip replacement.

I was pleased to read all the staff were friendly, caring and understanding and make you feel at ease during your procedure.

I will be happy to pass on your comments to all the staff involved and would like to wish you a speedy recovery.

Kind regards

Kevin
