"Useless"

Absolutely sick of being a patient here, the standard of care is non-existant. The phone line barely works, you're on hold for 10 minutes only to be shoved back to the start menus again. Their website tells you information that the receptionists then deny all knowledge of. They are rude and dismissive. Have been forgotten when I've actually managed to to get an appointment and the gold a GP won't see me as i was incorrectly written down as not attending. One GP you could go in with a limb hanging off and she would expect you to take a pregnancy test

Altogether a pointless exercise which needs looking into.
