"Overcharging customers"

I had Botox treatment administered at the clinic and after nearly two weeks I still have a deep line between my eyebrows. When I had the treatment I was told I might need a top up, which I knew could be the case because I had had the same treatment at the Spire hospital in the past. When I phoned to make an appointment to have the problem remedied, I was told by the Manager that I would have to pay an extra £50 for the top up. I was never told that I would have to pay to have a problem rectified and this is completely unacceptable. Having had the treatment before, I know what it should look like and I have NEVER been charged for a top up anywhere else before. The Manager told me that Botox cost money - well, that is obvious, however, when I pay for a treatment, I expect to get perfect results and not to have to pay to have a fault corrected. I shall never have any further treatment at this clinic as this is appalling. Other customers should be aware of this "change in policy" before parting with their hard earned money. When I had treatment at the Spire hospital in Leeds, the plastic surgeon saw me several times afterwards to give me extra FREE treatment, which I needed and which was clearly included in the original price. I feel I have been a victim of a scam and wasted my money. What a preposterous treatment of a customer!
