About: NHS 24 / Breathing Space (Phoneline)

(as the patient),

I had lost my dad 5-6 months ago and tonight I had phoned breathing space I spoke to a man who I spoke to before he was really helpful and he said if I had to call again   I was more than welcome to call he was so helpful helping me trough a hard time and answering all my questions I had asked thanks to the person who helped me I can have a better life

Thanks very much for getting in touch.

I am so sorry to learn you recently lost your dad and I understand that this will continue to be a really difficult time for you. However, I am pleased that you recognised you needed to speak to someone about your loss and that you found the Advisor at Breathing Space helpful.

Please don't ever hesitate to call Breathing Space again if you feel the need to do so. Their Advisors have excellent listening skills and can provide a safe confidential place for people to talk.

I will share your story with the staff members who work within Breathing Space so that they can see the positive impact their good work has had on you.
