(as a service user),

I have been suffering for years with my acne which my GP had been unable to manage. Unfortunately, I had a long wait to see a dermatologist but eventually I was given an appointment to see Dr. Krishna. He was punctual, prompt and empathetic to my needs. He has put me on treatment which has cleared my acne. This has had a huge effect on my quality of life. Please could this message be passed on to his department as we don't flag excellent care as often as we should!
