"Awful"

I wanted a flu vaccination (I am 70). I had tried to book at the pharmacy as I could not get through to the GP surgery but they had no over-65 vaccine. Suggested I ring the pharmacy bell and te receptinost spoke through a crack in the door and came back with an appointment at Monkspath surgery for several days inro the future. I asked for an appointment at Grove Road as it is only about 5-8 minutes walk from home and it was a journey involving 2 buses (change in Solihull town centre to get to Momkspath. I was quite curtly told that Grove Road not doing vaccinations and did I or did I not want the appointment!
