I would just like to take the time to say how grateful I am for breast feeding support. Recovering from a c section in the hospital and having a baby with a tongue tie made breast feeding very difficult at the start, I went home and felt so upset with the pain caused trying to feed and then for my little one to start loosing weight was very scary.
That’s when I called breastfeeding support and spoke to Susan, I can’t even begging to explain the impact she had, her calm positive and reassuring nature on the phone with some tips to get through the day until her visit and when she did visit she spent time helping and teaching me ways to ensure we get a good latch, between visit she was always texting to check in and the whole time I knew she was only a phone call away.
Becoming a new mum for the first time can be very overwhelming so to have someone like Susan there to help with the basic really is more valuable than I could put into words, with her help we got my little one feeding amazingly and gaining weight again and that’s something I could never thank her enough for. It really is an amazing service with wonderful staff.
