"Great care from Endoscopy and ENT"

I visited Endoscopy in October 2020 and ENT in September/August 2020 and I have to say I have had fantastic care from both services. This is important because I had such an awful experience in Accident and Emergency at Kingsmill in August 2020, I had huge anxiety about having contact with any doctors again. I would never attend Accident and Emergency at Kingsmill again and would travel further to avoid this service. However, ENT and Endoscopy both should be proud of the attentive care, active listening skills and kind demeanor that all practitioners have demonstrated.
