Got a letter regarding a telephone consultation in which a part of letter reads as follows: -
1) "It would be helpful if you could contact Referral Management Service prior to the date of consultation so that we can ensure we have your up to date telephone number. You can call Referral Service on the telephone number below"
I called the number below which is an opinion poll telephone line(0800 122 31 35) ONLY I was told.
I then called the only other Telephone number (0800 673 3393) does not allow in coming calls.
***** What number do I call? ? ?
2) There is a sentence that reads "If this telephone consultation is unsuitable please telephone" No number given to call.
****** What number? ? ?
3) Change of details. If I needed to change my details such as address, telephone I should call number above which was number that does not allow incoming calls.
Does the author of these letters never read them?
How can I contact Referral Service etc. if I don't have a number to call them on?
Extremely poor that a simple letter is incorrect.
"Telephone consultation Letter"
