"EPAS"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Women's outpatient clinics and investigations

(as the patient),

Unfortunately I have had a turbulent start to a long awaited pregnancy, resulting in two separate attendances at the EPAS service in FVRH. I wanted to express my gratitude for a wonderful team of professionals.

In a terrifying and emotive time for us they expressed real empathy, reassurance and professional care. Even with distancing precautions, PPE and an obviously busy department they still managed to make me feel like an individual and provided a personal touch that I so appreciated.

Karen, Catherine, Lindsey, Erin, Lorna and others who's names I didn't quite catch, thank you. You are a wonderful team. I hope you know how much you are appreciated.

Dear GilWal

Thank you for such lovely feedback.

It is great to hear that the EPAS team have helped during what must have been an extremely frightening and worrying time for you. Receiving care that is very personal and right for you definitely makes a difference.

I will share your posting with the team and staff mentioned. I know they will be over the moon to read it.

I hope everything is settling down and you have a wonderful pregnancy.

With best wishes for all the exciting times ahead.

Gail
