"Non caring"

My last two dealings with the practice have seen them refuse my infant daughter a flu vaccine after receiving a letter from NHS Scotland asking me to contact my GP to get her one and had them unable to see my fiancé for overdue contraceptive care as their nurse only works one day every 2 weeks. This would have been a lot more acceptable if the reception staff were at least a little understanding and considerate/compassionate but were rude, argumentative and confrontational. Very, poor service.
