"The worse ever experience with A&E hospital…"

About: Charing Cross Hospital

Our son 22 yrs old was transferred from West Middlesex Hospital after having a stroke and we couldn't even see him or leave for him personal essentials. The A&E female receptionist didn't even show any understanding or compassion. Clearly the covid 19 rules are more important than patients and their closest family members rights and feelings. We heard that we are not allowed to see in person our son at any time and the only option is a video call. We believe that is so unfair, unhealthy and we are going to make an official complaint.
