"A very special member of staff"

I am writing this on behalf of my mother who was seriously ill and admitted to royal derby hospital accident and emergency department at night and was seen to by a lady warden medic who reacted quickly in identifying the symptoms that my mother had and then put her straight on to antibiotics because my mother was so critical and the lady medic also was able to confirm to me about my mother's eyes too which I never knew about. this lady medic on this department was so caring to my mother for 6 and a half hours while she was at the bay waiting for a bed on the ward. I always have memories of this very wonderful kind considerate lady who is so good at her job and I will forever always be so thankful to her for saving my mother's life and I will always have so much respect and gratitude for her for everything that she did for my mother. This very special member of staff will always remain in my heart. I did not get to ask her what her name was but I remember her and I sincerely I hope I get to meet her again to say thank you ever so much to her in person. I hope that this positive feedback will be passed on to her so that she knows just how important she really is in the NHS and that my mother and me was really touched in our hearts with her kindness, support and generosity. 10/10!
