"Got me through a difficult time"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Acute assessment unit Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I left acute admissions and transferred to B31 with Sepsis and had excellent care until I was transferred to Ward B12 prior to installation of a kidney stent in theatre.

I recieved excellent care throughout my time in hospital. The staff at all levels were professional and a credit to the NHS especially under present restrictions of Covid 19.

I was extremely unwell but the care and compassion delivered by staff got me through a difficult time until I left for home.

Dear JNS

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch, it really is lovely to hear from our patients, and it is very heartening to hear that you had such a positive experience while you were under our care, this must have been very reassuring for you at what must have been a very worrying time for you.

I have shared your lovely feedback with all the wards that you have mentioned in your story, the staff were over the moon to hear your lovely thoughtful comments and would like to pass on their very best wishes to you and wish you a speedy recovery.

I hope you are keeping safe and well during these strange and difficult times.

Very best wishes

Pauline
