As I walked in the Welcome Nurse was really welcoming, the registration was easy and friendly, the Sister in Triage had excellent communication I felt very confident in a true lay professional environment. When the treatment was provided by the nurse and Doctor it was accompanied by clear explanation of what was happening what to expect and what to do following my visit. Can I nominate for Team of the year! I observed all individuals being afforded the same treatment. The environment felt safe with clear signposting and infection prevention. Can the team share with others their secret for delivering excellent care with a smile.
