(as a relative),

My father was admitted with a stroke in november 2019, we were given the news that he wouldnt make it and obviously we as a family were devastated.

The staff on A2 were simply amazing from the consultant who gave us the horrendous news, to the specialist Nurses, support workers and health care assistants. We were dealt with with compassion, care and nothing was ever too much trouble to take the time to explain or help us with. My fathers last hours of life were  as comfortable for him as possible and our family and we can never thank the staff enough for the courteous, caring and professional manner in which they dealt with us. Simply amazing at such an emotional and heartbreaking time.

Firstly I would like to offer my sincere condolences to you and your family for your sad loss. Our staff strive to provide care that is patient centred and is unique to each individual and their family and loved ones. It is lovely to read that this was you and your father's experience.

I appreciate that this must be have been a very difficult time for you and your family and I am so pleased to hear that staff showed both compassion and understanding towards you and your father.
