I was very pleased with everyone who was involved with my procedures especially the trainees. They comforted , showed me so much compassion and empathised with me during my procedures and after. Also, I would like to say a special thanks to the young, yet highly professional doctor (trainee) who assisted the consultant with my Endoscopy (Colonoscopy) a job well done and thanks to the consultant who also performed the Gastroscopy and never left me in the dark. Always explaining what he was doing and answering my questions leaving none unanswered. Thanks to all the nurses who were there for me to make sure I was comforted in every way possible. I was also very impressed with one of the staff who offered to assist me whilst getting dressed. I was truly touched by this generous, caring offer. I cannot fault the Endoscopy department and all of the other departments for the 19 years I have been going there (my second home) and therefore would not hesitate to recommend the Milton Keynes Hospital to anyone.
