(as a parent/guardian),

I have taken my 3 yr old daughter to A& E recently at MPH a number of times due to her having asthma and struggling to breath. Just want to say how amazing the staff were. One of the Night HCA’s Leah went out of her way to come and see my daughter after remembering her from a previous visit. The care she delivered to my daughter on both occasions was outstanding by trying to make my daughter feel at ease by talking to her and bringing her toys to play with, she was very friendly and approachable so just want to say a massive thank you!

Thank you so much for finding the time to write to us. This must of been a very difficult time for you and I am proud of the team that they delivered outstanding care to you and your daughter. I will share this with Leah and the team. Thank you and I wish your daughter well.
