"I had bad mental health and began treatment"

About: Community Partnerships Service

(as the patient),

I saw a Dr initially who directed me to one of the Drs for CAT and other therapy.

I have been seeing this person for over a year. Some sessions were more difficult than others and she was able to acknowledge my difficulties.

I was able to become more observant of my unhelpful cycles and the therapy approach and techniques I practised have made my life better.

I will continue to use those techniques to manage my anxiety and mental health.

I am sad that my therapy is over however I understand it is the right time to move on and live my life.

I have learnt to be more self-soothing and compassionate towards myself.
