About: Solihull Hospital / Colorectal surgery

(as the patient),

 In preparation for Vascular repair my Consultant had referred me to the Endoscopy Unit at Solihull Hospital  for a Sigmoidoscopy examination. From the moment I arrived at the Hospital to the moment I left I felt welcomed as patient and valued as a person.

All the nurses were very friendly and, although extremely busy, found time to talk with me and fully answer all my questions. The actual examination was expertly undertaken and caused minimum discomfort. I am pleased to say that the results were entirely satisfactory. I returned home feeling immensely grateful to the Doctor and nurses who had both treated me medically and cared for me as a person.
