I am responsible for staff wellbeing and employment matters. I also ensure that the building is safe and fit for use by patients, external services and our own staff.

Thank you for mentioning Andre personally, I have shown him your story and your feedback really is valued. The reception team work really hard to help patients have a positive experience when contacting and visiting the practice, it is good to see that their efforts are appreciated.
