"Long process to get a GP call back"

About: Portsdown Group Practice

Unhelpful staff giving contradicting information.

Being continuously told to call back at a different time.

Told to ring back later due to high volumes.

Long queue if you eventually get that far.

No understanding that you are calling because you are ill.

Took me 4 days to speak to a GP.

No understanding that people are also holding down jobs and cannot stay in a long queue.

I would go as far as to say staff are abrupt in tone and really do not want to help you.

Really really poor service. I pity older people that are unable to use econsult etc.

Surely a better system has to be achievable where the staff are speaking the same language. If this poor service continues more people will give up trying and not get the medical care they need the result of which is self explanatory.
