"Reception and nursing staff attitude"

About: The Loughton Surgery

On arriving to surgery I was greeted a

With an abrupt receptionist for knocking on the door twice. She was on the phone. Bearing in mind you cannot see into the either due to posters When I asked if the nurse was running late, there was an abrupt response.

When the nurse greeted me the atmosphere was hostile, I was informed that she was running late due to a s vs nicer diagnosis did a patient and proceed to be curt and quite sullen. I asked the reason as I had not asked her why she was running slightly late. She effectively did not want to treat me with an ECG or advise on high cholesterol or pee diabetes because of this and tried to rush me out of the clinic.

I find this extremely worrying. Regardless of the day she has had I do not expect after aceeek of trying to arrange an appointment to met with such hostility.

Dear Patient, thank you for this feedback. i agree this is not acceptable and we would not want other patients to have to experience this. Please can you contact our practice managers with further details so we can investigate the matter and avoid this happening again.
