"Fantastic job"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital

Did it again, cut my finger.

Went to A&E. All staff and staff members very helpful. Long wait as it was a little busy and probably busy behind the scenes, but you always get seen.

Trip to X-ray. Same again fast and efficient very pleasant staff. Then off to SDAU. A bit of a wait, friendly staff, got a cup of coffee which they didn't have to do.

Appointment with plastics in the morning for minor op.

Brilliant staff having to cope with rude, disrespectful and impatient members of public. Some patients even came in with no mask on! Clearly with no medical excuse for not wearing one.

A long wait again. But was kept amused by the impatience of other patients. Anyway my fault for being there in first place.

Plastic staff fantastic. As always very professional.

A massive thank you to all staff at the N&NUH especially as they are still battling with COVID 19 and having to work under challenging circumstances.
