About: NHS 24 University Hospital Wishaw / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

I just wanted to highlight the excellent service my son received today when he was referred to a and e via NHS 24.. from the reception staff triage nurse doctor and the radiographers assistant they were all excellent.  He was treated with total dignity and respect with a particularly delicate presenting complaint.

Thank you very much for getting in touch and for your comments in relation to the treatment your son received whilst having to attend the Emergency Department here at University Hospital Wishaw. I indeed hope that he is recovering well and his health continues to improve.
