I fell in the street at the weekend and an ambulance was called. They had trouble locating me due the area where the fall happened but the paramedics came quite quickly and the 2 paramedics and a trainee did everything they were supposed to do and then advised I go to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital to be checked out.
At the Minor injury clinic I was given good care and attention. I was first seen by a health care assistant who made me comfortable on the bed and the the nurse practitioner Elaine was excellent, very efficient and she was clearly a people person.
Overall I was very impressed.
"Very efficient & person friendly"
