I arrived in Norwich having suffered multiple abrasions on both shins as a result of a fall on rocks In the Lake District. The practice signed me up as a temporary patient and arranged an appointment within two days to continue dressing the wounds. After several appointments the wounds have healed and the whole process was very effectively managed by the reception and nursing staff.

Because I was going back to the Lake District and am 85 years old, I needed a flu vaccination. Again this was arranged for me the day after the vaccine arrived at the surgery.
