I have an appointment for an ear syringe at 4 pm on 29 September. I am returning from France and will be required to quarantine. I have tried very hard to cancel this appointment, and avoid wasting NHS resources. But I cannot. There are no email addresses given anywhere, and no one is available to speak to on the telephone.
