"Great practice"

Recently registered here and every single member of staff is extremely helpful, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. So refreshing, I have never found a surgery where everyone is so patient, polite and kind even though they have the same stress and hassles as everyone else. The staff seem to take a pride in being professional and this is the best surgery I have been to. I consider myself very lucky to have registered here and it has renewed my faith in GPs, the NHS and people. I have been attended by a couple of different nurses who both clearly knew what they were doing and were efficient too, which for a patient who is constantly overworked and under enormous pressures at times is imperative and much appreciated. I also felt the surgery is clean and laid out in a hygienic way with suitable spacing. The surgery itself appeared clean and the staff seemed to maintain high standards of personal presentation - all of which used to be the norm but I have not found in other surgeries in many many years. I felt confident in every member of staff and the medical facility itself (especially of concern due to this pandemic).

What is more impressive is that they are managing this during this appalling situation we are in. This surgery seems to set the standards one would expect everywhere and not just in the NHS. Well done GMC, great job.
