"Lack of overall care"

About: Ealing Hospital

I took my son twice to urgent care with a swollen leg. He had an xray but no scans. His leg was drained which introduced infection. He was sent home with antibiotics. We returned that night where he was then treated with antibiotics for an infection. There was no suggested follow up. His leg deteriorated and he is now waiting surgery in another hospital.

It was very unclear that anyone took his situation seriously and he was discharged with no follow up.

There seemed to be no attention to the previous history and no interest in resolving the issue. We can only hope another hospital can now help.
