"I feel another lifeline is lost"

About: Royal Cornhill Hospital / Psychological Resilience Hub

(as a service user),

I felt out of control when the lockdown began almost obsessive and out of control inside and very more depressed.   I used the service twice and found it so helpful but now you can only access the service if you have problems with COVID 19 so feel another life line is lost

Thank you for sharing your views about the Psychology Resilience Hub. I am really glad you found it helpful. The Hub was setup to support people who have been affected by covid 19. We would like to be able to help more people going forward but the services is not set up in that way at the moment. Due to the number of referrals coming in if someone contacts us more than twice we always recommend they contact their GP for a referral for longer term support. I hope you are able to access the help that you need at this difficult time.
