"Excellent Care"

I attended Chorley Urgent Care on 23rd September in the evening. After taking me temperature (for Covid) I was seen promptly by the reception team. Following this a nurse triaged me quickly. Despite there being many people in the waiting area I was seen within 15 minutes. A brilliant doctor removed a large splinter from my hand and provided a prescription for some antibiotics. The whole experience was great - we're so lucky to live in a country where healthcare is free at the point of access. The care shown by the staff was second to none and I would recommend anyone using Urgent Care instead of A&E if their condition is not serious.
