"Excellent Service"

Came in for an appointment Wednesday 23rd September. I saw a lovely receptionist young lady was so polite, friendly I really liked that she made me feel welcome. Then I saw a lovely nurse she was excellent. I discussed quite personal stuff with her and she took the time to listen to me. She conducted herself very professionally and was extremely kind and caring she is in right job. I then saw my Doctor. He is very very good and he too is in the right career as he knows how to treat his patients well. I always give good feedback for him he deserves it. He has restored my faith in Gp's again as my previous one was absolutely horrendous!!. My doctor took the time to listen to me, his body language showed he was actually interested in what I had to say he maintained good eye contact and he was very polite, courteous and always professional everything a doctor should be to be honest. Also he is very efficient in terms if prescribing my medication he does so always on time which I really appreciate and if I have arranged a telephone consultation he always sticks to calling me on the days and times scheduled. Considering I haven't been long at practice I find Lawson practice very professional and get swift responses from them whenever I have a query. Very satisfied. PS. I don't really want to mention names just in case it compromises anything.
